Director, Andrew Webster

Andy is a highly experienced Chartered Structural & Civil Engineer with over 15 years in the construction industry. His career includes a significant tenure as a Technical Director at a leading engineering consultancy. During his career he has managed and delivered the design for thousands of homes across hundreds of sites. Andy's expertise spans residential, commercial, healthcare, and historic building sectors - showcasing his ability to handle a range of projects from the most straightforward to the more complex. His leadership skills and collaborative approach have consistently driven successful project outcomes, making him a trusted partner in the delivery of high-quality engineering.
In his free time when he’s not listening to property podcasts or joining the latest CPDs, Andy loves mountain biking, rock climbing and camping in his VW van on adventures!
EA, Maygen McDougall
Maygen is an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience in marketing, business development, senior administration and customer service. Her diverse skill set has enabled her to support Directors & CEOs efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and strategic growth. Maygen's expertise in marketing and business development has been instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance our brand’s visibility and foster business expansions. Her senior administrative capabilities ensure meticulous organization and management, while her customer service experience guarantees a high level of client & stakeholder satisfaction.
When Maygen isn’t keeping Andy in check, she loves catching the latest release at the cinema, browsing charity shops for bargains & annoying her cat Luna with cuddles!
